ENARTIS STAB MICRO M is a clarifying agent based on activated chitosan and chitin-glucan, developed for the treatment of musts and turbid wines, where the presence of solids limits the microcidal effect of pure chitosan.
ENARTIS STAB MICRO M can be used to control the development of numerous contaminants - Brettanomyces, Acetobacter, Pediococcus, Lactobacillus, Oenococcus, Zygosaccharomices etc. - and limit the production of unwanted metabolites such as volatile acidity, sulfur compounds and volatile phenols.
Dosage: 10-30 G/HL (0.8-2.4 LB/1000 GAL)
