Notable for its high alcohol tolerance (up to 17% v/v) with a very good implantation rate in difficult conditions. Ferments over a wide range of temperatures (14–32°C/58–90°F). Lalvin CLOS® was selected for its ability to enhance aromatic complexity, structure and mouthfeel. Good compatibility with malolactic bacteria.
