A solution composed of gallnut and chestnut. Helps in bottle fining of sparkling wines using the traditional method. Also supports the organoleptic profiles of these types of wines by reinforcing their structure and guaranteeing that they age well. Combined with ADJUVANT 92, the dynamics of riddling are greatly improved.
