Potassium caseinate developed for treatment of oxidation phenomena and maderization in juice (white and rosé).

 In the case of Botrytis infected grapes, CASEI PLUS is recommended for the treatment of young white or rosé wines (reds in certain cases) to decrease the oxidized character.

 Decreases the iron content in white juice.

Dosage: 50 - 200 ppm for clarification.

200 - 600 ppm for maderization treatment and color correction.
