In the case of Botrytis infected grapes, CASEI PLUS is recommended for the treatment of young white or rosé wines (reds in certain cases) to decrease the oxidized character.
Decreases the iron content in white juice.
Dosage: 50 - 200 ppm for clarification.
200 - 600 ppm for maderization treatment and color correction.
